The 3rd Annual Ducked Up Car & Jeep Show is rolling back into Downtown Dewey on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and this year’s event is shaping up to be bigger, louder, and more exciting than ever.
Hosted by the Poteau Area Chamber of Commerce, Ducked Up has quickly become one of the area’s favorite automotive events, drawing entries and spectators from across the region. As the sun begins to set over downtown Poteau, Dewey Avenue transforms into a showcase of classic cars, modern muscle, lifted Jeeps, hot rods, imports, trucks, and custom builds, all lined up in the middle of one of Poteau’s most historic districts.
Vehicle registration will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the show officially running from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Awards will be presented at 6:00 p.m. Entry is $25 per vehicle.
Participants will compete in a wide variety of classes including Classic, Modern Muscle, Antique/Vintage, Import, Restored to Stock, Custom Build/Modified, Hot Rod, Jeep Overall, Trail King, ATV/UTV, and more. Cash prizes, dash plaques for the first 75 entries, and local bragging rights are all on the line.
Spectators can expect much more than a typical car show. Food vendors, music, family friendly activities, local businesses, and the crowd favorite “Duck’s Got the Bill” giveaway will keep the energy going throughout the evening. Whether you come to compete, take photos, reconnect with fellow enthusiasts, or simply enjoy a night out downtown, there will be something around every corner.
What makes Ducked Up special is the atmosphere. The rumble of engines echoes through downtown streets while polished chrome reflects the glow of storefront lights and sunset skies. It is a mix of hometown pride, automotive passion, and community celebration that continues to grow year after year.
Pre registration is now open. Participants can register online or complete and return the official registration form. For more information, contact the Poteau Area Chamber of Commerce at 918 647 9178 or email admin@poteauchamber.com.
