20th Annual Poteau BalloonFest
The Poteau BalloonFest returns October 16–17, 2026 at the LeFlore County Fairgrounds for another year of high-flying fun and family-friendly experiences.
Hot air balloons will take flight in the early mornings and evenings, with a balloon glow lighting up the sky around sunset and into the night. Tethered balloon rides are expected to begin around 7pm. All balloon activities are weather permitting.
Guests can also enjoy helicopter rides, monster truck rides, the returning carnival, and a large variety of vendors offering food, shopping, and unique finds from across the region.

Admission: $5 ages 5 and up
Parking: $5 (Free shuttle parking available)
